The Fulton County Marshal’s Office has temporarily paused all off-duty evictions. At this time, they have not provided a reason for the pause or indicated how long it will remain in effect.

If you’ve already submitted a request for an off-duty eviction, your request is still on file and will remain in our Pending Orders Queue until further notice.
